I am a regular consumer of ah yat. We have been celebrating our friend's birthday celebration today and we have been getting excited about a sumptuous supper but was utterly dissatisfied with the program and food these days at the eating place. The mindset of the staffs had been bad and the meals are not around standard. The standard got dropped tremendously. I requirement a remedy to the above.

There have been power trips greater than 10 times during our 1.5 hrs of dinner no one bothered to describe or connect to us what occurred. It dampened our spirit for my mum's 70th birthday celebration in Jun 16 (grand pacific hotel).

I have excellent impression of the restaurant ah yatt eating place at grand pacific resort . Firstly , their foods are excellent in term of high quality and quantity. Next , I'd provide a compliment to the supervisor Jay who had invested so much effort in assisting me to coordinate My wedding ceremony. He has the very best mindset and his out heading personality deserve my regard. He is an excellent asset for the cafe. Many thanks Jay and his group for performing a good job !

服务态度不佳，菜色更不好，吃得非常不值得而不是给不起，我们一家在2016年12月3日晚间8点到云顶阿一鲍鱼点了10人的套餐$1480++。 1. 先是带位的介绍了这个套餐，说多付$300就能享用鲍翅（我们原本看的是$1180++的套餐），我们就那么决定了。怎么知道鲍翅一来，看到的都是鱼翅的边边，根本没有鲍翅（货不对版），我们就把Captain叫来问了，然后大家就开始推来推去，后来也把Supervisor叫来了，就说他们家的鲍翅就是这样的。我们看时间也晚了，就让他们把菜都上了，别一样一样等了，结果Supervisor还在我们的面前以很不削的口气说到“（广东话）通知厨房把菜都丢出来吧”，听了真觉得怎么可以有这样的服务态度呀！ 2. 第二道就来了烧猪，这烧猪也只剩下皮了，里面也没有肉，还一直问猪骨要不要爆炒，接着就来了鲍鱼,也是好小的一颗小鲍鱼。 3. 再上来就是西兰花炒虾球。然后，就上了蟹肉焖伊面，可是就找不到任何蟹肉。 4. 第六道，来了清蒸顺壳鱼，当我们看清楚时，才发现竟然是一条半的鱼，这样的感觉是不吉利的，一般的港式餐馆不会给顾客一条半的鱼，如果不够秤的话，应该征求我们的意见，或给我们两条小的鱼！当我们再次找他们的经理时，经理还理直气壮的说我们都是这样上给顾客的，这里的习惯都是这样上的，如果我们要的话就再补蒸另外半条，吃得都一肚子的火了。 结果结账时，这样不值得吃的一餐就要了$2000++ (加上另一桌小孩的三样菜） 真觉得花了这样的钱，毕竟花的不是几十几百，吃得超不爽，服务态度超级的差，我们也不会再光顾了。因为我们都是做餐饮服务行业的，真心觉得他们的态度要改变。

This is our first n last experience with Ah That Abalone Restaurant. We've used 2 tables of fixed supper for Belated Mother's Time dinner. We've added more dishes therefore to cater sufficient for all those. Realised our first experience is actually bad. Service was poor, the so call supervisor (female with black coat) was rude. Foods was sort of over cost with ordinary taste. 11 bits of nice sour pork ( one all of 11 folks) cost $36, that is $3 per computer and this can be an common zhu cha dish. The Chinese tea expenses us $55 for just two 2 tables. I'm not going to keep coming back here again anymore

Ah Yat Abalone Discussion board Restaurant can be an ideal location for social functions & loved ones gatherings. My children celebrate Mum's birthday celebration there. It's affordability.
