Been proceeding here for quite a while now. From Sri Devi to Abirami. I usually click here for a banana-leaf lunch time. If you keep peaceful, you will discover your banana leaf filled up with plenty of rice! I simply love this standard South Indian restaurant. Banana-leafcomes with the most common curry and vegetables if you don't require meat or fish. Please don't forget to require the crispy 'papadam'. Unless you ask they maintain silent for factors unknown if you ask me till today. I usually ask for another assisting of the pappadam. Goes so properly with the meals. I also purchase a bowl of chicken. banana-leaf food is most beneficial eaten together with your fingers - which is actually finger-licking good! It's comes with an 'outdoor' region covered with a 'roofing' where one can sit and consume too. That it is an alley but it's clean. I love the food right here a lot. I will suggest the poultry perettal in curry and the poultry varuval... tasty. A good vegetarian lunch is great which I make an effort to eat in Fridays but come Fri, I forget that I'm a vegetarian! The meals is tasty and the purchase price is reasonable. Definitely affordability.

We frequent this location thus frequently that the older waiters knew that which was our usual. Foods was previously good now just typical. Service degree and cleanliness degree below acceptable. Afterwards the waiters walk move you without also taking your orders.

I actually had ordered a onion roti canai from the waiter and told him to pack a thosai at your Kelana Jaya wall plug today 30th Nov.2015 at around 8;40am.But rather he got the purchase mixed up getting a onion thosai and packing a roti canai.Insteadof rectifying the order he accused me that i ordered wrongly,Thereafter he and another waiter were very rude if you ask me. I had to hold back another 20 mins for my order,Also the thosai he loaded was with out a chutney and I got to ask,He loaded a chutney and threw it up for grabs and did not place it in plastic handbag containing the thosai.

I had my lunch time here a couple of days ago. This evaluation is founded on the Subang Jaya branch of Abirami ..the main one close to the banks ..very close to Maybank. See pics. It is a south Indian restaurant. The food continues to be good ..We had a banana leafmeal with a bowl of chicken privately. Again do not forget to require the papadam ( crispy "nachos" ) or you will possibly not get it. Serving: They'll offer you a lot of rice if you don't tell them just how much you in fact need. You then have around three or four veggies ..this is contained in the ' package' ( banana leaf meal ). Price: Whether it's just the banana leaf dinner it'll cost you around RM 6.00 ..about USD 1.50. A side order just like the chicken seafood I had will definitely cost RM 5.00. Cleanliness: I wouldn't point out it's spotless ..I usually sit at the sidewalk with awnings above. But it's okay ..bearable. Service: Of low quality. If you're spotted by way of a waiter then you're fortunate. Otherwise you need to wait a little bit ..never to long though. You can either require your bill or visit the cashier that is faster. The cashier must be much less arrogant though and much more friendly. Overall, it is a rather pleasant spot to have a meal.

I actually went there because We missed having banana leaf foods . The banana leaf food was good ..the most common rice with vegetables and papadam. When I ordered fried seafood ( tenggiri ) I was instead shocked because they have me a little piece that costRM 6.00. The dog owner told me easily take chicken it will likely be less ...by RM 1.00 ! I'd have thought the area will be cleaner but it's a comparable. As usual We sat outdoors and had my lunch time. The meals was good..nothing unusual But the cost went up through the last time We ate there. Out utilized to price RM 11 with poultry but this price me RM 14 with fish. Tip: Inquire further for more papadam or even you won't get it.

Very good banana leaf rice. Generally frequented by locals. Generous with portions even though quality of vegetables aspect dishes can be adjustable. Must say the poultry and mutton varuval here's very good. Chapati and roti canai here's also excellent too.

This is most likely the 4th time I'm reviewing this place. I went right now there a couple of days ago for lunch time also to my not-so-pleasant shock ..I found this spot to have changed a whole lot ..price-wise. I simply had the essential banana leaf meals ..rice with 3varieties of vegetables and papadam. It cost myself RM 6.00 The rice portion wad half what they used to provide. Limited veggie dishes. Service has been also unsatisfactory. I sensed like I had been neglected by the employees there. Hope to come across another banana leaf eating place nearby.
