疫情期间客人要求多穿一个手套，店员说只给一只，客人要求向店员买另一只，店员说没关系，送给客人。随后店员走去后边说客人的要求，另一个店员听了故意大声说：“敢敢跟他收钱啦！怕死还要出来买饭！”客人听到走向那位店员前面，那位大小声的店员正眼都不敢看客人，灰溜溜跑进厨房了。开着门做生意，客人完全没有刁难员工的意思，为何员工会以这种态度回应客人？疫情期间保护好自己和他人是不对的吗？客人要求买手套，店员自己说送了，却回头说客人的不是，这是什么道德？这家店的食物是不错的，价钱也很合理，可是员工品德是低劣的，不专业，令老顾客失望。
