This is among the best hotels my children has enjoyed. The construction, ambience, place and the group made our stay really pleasant and unforgettable. Individually, I really like the furnishings and decoration. They are both useful and useable. Kudos to the group and owners of the hotel! Do not change anything otherwise you will be one of the numerous hotels you will discover in Agoda.

While I really do have plenty of good stuff to say concerning this unique hotel, I must convey my utmost disappointment when my privacy was intruded in my own recent remain. On the early morning of my have a look at, the hotel was converted into a movie set. I really do understand that this may occasionally happen. But never did the resort inform me of the capturing as this may have triggered disturbance to the spending guests. That which was worse had been that the movie crew attemptedto open my room doorway and inquired who I was. That is incredibly disgusting. As a having to pay guest, I certainly didn't expect this type of invasion. How could an outsider opened up my room doorway without knocking and without my authorization. What was worse has been that the movie crew explained not to emerge from my area as shooting will be completed. How could this perhaps take place? I lodged a complaint at the front end workplace and asked to talk with a manager - they standard answer was presented with: "He had been in a meeting, the telephone was off." I particularly requested the reception to find the manager to contact me to solve this issue, yet there is absolutely no call till these days. To the credit score of the movie crew, he do apologise if you ask me and claimed he was not really informed there is a guest staying. That's where I feel the resort provides misled me and the movie crew. Never did the hotel try to resolve this concern and they generally still left it to the movie crew to kind this out with me. An excellent hotel lies not really in its good actual physical amenities, but its customer support in making sure the privacy of the visitors is protected. This is this type of beautiful hotel and great and helpful staff. Loved every moment of our remain. The rooms will vary and very person, afternoon tea is area of the support and the positioning is perfect. Will remain here again for certain!

The place is actually wonderful. My kinda mansion. Personnel was also welcoming & helpful. Despite the fact that I wasn't a guest, these were type to invite my children & I to check and take pictures round the place. Will surely come again and remain here soon.
