Nama kedai Kampung Noodle & Seafood Recipe, tapi bila sya pigi sana mo mkn Tomato Seafood Noodle Soup, boleh boleh alasan employees tiada ikan. Pa mcm oh jadi nama kedai bawa nama "ikan" tapi tiada ikan. Alasan: "Kami tiada ikan skrg miss, kami cuma beli ikan yg refreshing di Bataras saja" Selama sy kerja F&B dulu, tiada alasan la mo ckp bgitu, tiada substitute lain tempat ka mau beli stok ikan kamu ? Isn't that said to be your major ingredient that require to be allign together with your goals. Much better kamu tukar nama kedai la kalau tiada ikan selalu. I am hoping to see improvement with regards to services and also the food availability itself.
