Really really Awful EXPERIENCE & SERVICE at AZZALAVA RESTAURANT... During Fasting we order food at 6:30pm thru whatapp... Whenever we arrive AzzaLava Eating place at 645pm... Staff not really notice our booking... They give chair as at 1st Flooring... Staff not purchase our beverage until berbuka puasa... No kurma or plain drinking water for split fasting.... I head to store buy kurma & drinking water for break fasting... After that we wait until 8pm still our meals not really arrive... When i request employees at kaunter our foods still not cook however... I pay costs for 1 meals and set off... Bad service... That is last to the restaurants....

I had seen great reviews of the restaurant nonetheless it was extremely disappointing. The program are absolutely gradual. I have to have plenty of patience. The part of foods given at the purchase price is quite expensive. The employees terribly serious. Parking room is difficult to find, I must park very a long way away just to reach the restaurant which restaurant are little bit noisy due to crowded people.
