Servis lembab satu jam menunggu untuk menunggu makanan siap , tukang ambil oder langsung tidak peka dengan kedatangan pelanggan yang datang dahulu , menyebabkan pelanggan yang kemudian terima makanan dahulu . Tiada adab dan budi bahasa pada pelanggan.Bila membuat oder bungkus , dapat lain , oder lain bayaran penuh , bila dimaklumkan kembali banyak helah dan alasan . Consumer tidak kisah kalau makanan mahal sedap , punyai budi bahasa & adab sopan tapi bila tiada stage ini pelanggan amat marah dan kecewa .
