a little food court close to the Perak River financial institution not too much from the city bus terminal. most meals stalls open up in the afternoon so it's very quite each morning with just a few stall opened up for breakfast and lunch time - but no roti canai. you may get a decent lunch time and when you are fortunate you will get freshwater seafood at the stall which are open for lunch
