We stayed in area 309 and 304. Severe flaws that require to be rectified.1. Virtually all gym equipments not really functional and unclean. Poorly maintained.2. Drinking water dripping continously from ceiling. Old drinking water marked on ceiling demonstrated it has been persisting for a long time.3. Toilet chair got yellow-colored stained and actually disgusting.4. Sliding doorway usage of outside from room 309 cant be opened up. It obtained stucked.These complaints were conveyed to En Yusof each morning and evening. Regrettably, nothing occur throughout our remain. Recovery service is actually poor.

Wouldn't recommend residing at this hotel in case you are with family members or friends. This resort is mainly catered for company travellers. The areas are dated and home maintaining aren't bothered with cleansing as well as sweeping the space.I would suggest spending the RM300+/night it expenses to remain here at an area Airbnb or even chalet. At the very least then, the cash will be going to the neighborhood individuals remaining there.The only real saving grace of the hotel will be it's proximity to Paka and Kerteh.

Rubbish place don't stay right here if you are taking a family trip. It's completely trash for a family group trip. The area is aged, it smells horrible and it's really not worth the higher price. The therefore called "Resort" is completely packed will be mostely by Petronas personnel using it as accommodations after work.You should avoide this place in case you are in for a family group trip and instead have a 20min lower towards Kijal and remain at RW Kijal
