Won't go again, lousy quality and waste of money and time. For the total amount paid this so called renowned brand really shocked us. We've visited HRCs over the causeway, the worthiness offered will not compare. Staff were friendly enough. 2 stars for that.

Restaurant was fully packed, service was fast and friendly even though I complained concerning the Covid style ordering method via handphone or other wireless device. Staff stayed calm and friendly assisted with ordering. Food was ready and tasted ok. The restaurant didn't reallylook such as a hard rock cafe, too bright and too little props that remind you to be in the hard rock cafe. There's a glass wall on the full amount of the restaurant rendering it too exposed. Nice the life span music, the band played well.

Ambient OK Disappointed with the band they never play the songs we requested, either they don't really know the song & also never mention some thing Do check the bill, cos they over charge our bill with additional 2 mug and we cofront them theyding ding many trips & suggest to come back us with voucher.

Have an organization team dinner, appears like an extremely newly setup in this top quality premise. This cafe includes a good ambience with outdoor seating. Look "brighter" than other Hard Rock. We have been being served by very friendly staffs, know the menu well. On adown side, anticipate to pay, probably because of high end location Food wise is average, some good and the bad. Notably, my colleague is disappointed with The Messi Burger, didn't have the "WOW"!

Visited the Hard Rock Cafe at 9pm for drinks and desserts and it’s entrance is obscure and hidden in the B2 degree of the Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. At 9pm, the restaurant was full no social distancing! The tables were very near each otherin front of the stage and the live band was playing very loudly in the really small space. We elect to sit outside nonetheless it was not enjoyable since it was hot and we're able to not start to see the live band. 2 brownies and 1 small milk shake costs RM150. Nothing spectacular concerning this place. Surprised they did not create a bigger area because of this restaurant.

Hard rock’s hospitality never fails. We were welcomed by warm greetings from the service crew at the entrance. Because of the national holiday, the indoor seatings were fully booked, hence only outdoor seatings were left available. My 5yo son went fell asleep while waiting forour food to be served and in addition we've someone smoking in a table behind us. I requested the server to see should they can moved us to some other table instead. To my surprise, they explained that they will look for an indoor table for all of us. We didn't put much hope however in about 15-20mins time, we got an inside seating. Food wise were good. Ambience was excellent. While pricing is on the bigger side. The cafe is situated inside Pinetree resort and ample parking on site.

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday with my hubby n familys. We are glad to meet up Saiful in the restaurant who help us to stay down and carefree merely to benefit from the dinner and suggestion to match our request. Saiful was very useful and he provide sucha great standard of service to us . Overall, it was a really unforgettable experience for me personally and my children here . Many thanks so much Saiful and team for the wonderful service !

Really good service, the most common hard rock atmosphere that is great, love the nostalgic memories the music brings back, and also the kids experienced the groove.
