Terrible, terrible, terrible!! 1. Bad compliance of the SOP when i saw it obviously that the staffs at your kitchen didn't wear mask at all/pulled right down to the chin.Asked the girl boss kindly when she could tell your kitchen crew to use masks properly and had been replied with an extremely ridiculous answer: - oh your kitchen staff can only stay in your kitchen and won't turn out to last, so don't worry. Furthermore my foreign worker staffs in your kitchen are unlike another foreign workers outside, they're safe because they don't mingle with others. - This irresponsible attitude!Not an individual apology was offered once the customer raised problem concerning the safety of the meals in this pandemic period. Finished the dinner reluctantly because the staffs still didn't want to stick to the easy SOP of putting on mask correctly while preparing foods even with having informed that woman boss, Then i expressed my disappointed sensation to the girl boss once again before leaving the area and was informed by her that "you need to not be therefore uptight concerning the SOP, not really wearing mask is an extremely normal thing once we are all humans". Once again no apology said. Still left the place feeling even more upset with this sort of uncaring and disrespectful mindset. 2. The hands soap supplied at the front section of the eating place was obviously quite diluted with drinking water, didn't even experience clear at all after cleaning fingers there. And the basin really was dirty. It has clearly reflected once again on the poor mindset in providing a secure place for the clients to dine in. 3. Wouldn't normally recommend this place in case you are worried about cleanliness like me.
