The Satay Cuttle fish with kangkong was previously 20 cts was the very best in the 50's. This hawker stall was guy by his grandfather. he used the "roti epidermis" to blended his satay gravy.

Yau char guai before EYS is great! Satay pork perut will be something special. Can attempt. Oh and the Wantan noodles! Be sure you add extra wantan!

Consider the siew pow in one of the stalls.... The external pastry crust will be crispy rather than too heavy and the filling a whole lot and taste delicious...

Inside Kim San restaurant the Chinese uncle's oyster egg omelette (or chein) is great.There's lots of oysters unlike in a few stalls there's even more egg than oysters... Certainly must try!!

The otak otak here's superb. I would recommend the stall close to the beverage stall below. The luo han guo taste excellent aswell. Goes well to great heat from the heaty otak otak.
