I want to say that was among the best crab meals I've had in some time. The crabs were refreshing and the meats was succulent and prepared to perfection. Both interpretations still left the table nearly silent such as a tomb with just the noises of crab claws getting smashed and the noises of satisfaction were were unashamedly producing. 9.75/10 Pork trotter has been tender externally and crispy externally. Bathed in Thai design lovely sauce (mildly spicy) the interplay between your wildly various textures of the pork and the tangy sauce manufactured from a delightful mouth believe that was very satisfying. 8/10 Prawns inside "Kam Hiong" or even "Gan Xiang" inside Chinese Mandarin translates literally while "dry fragrant". This is a generally Malaysian design of seafood preparation. You could have squid, clams, prawns, crab and also lobster in "Kam Hiong". Must try to suggest you take action with prawns.
