It is a street side and incredibly Malaysian kind of "Chi Char" or open air restaurant. You need authentic, modern, Malaysia Chinese meals with fantastic interpretations on what seafood ought to be done, you've arrived at the proper place. This food right here was this type of revelationthat it will be deserves a Michelin superstar. Our tiny celebration of 3 dined on the next: 1.5 kg Crab - Salted Egg and Curry Leaf design. Dry style. 1.5 kg Crab - Amazing sauce with nestum and oats. Wet design served with friend loaf of bread. 1 Pork Trotter done Thai style. Little serving of "Kam Hiong" prawns. Specific rice vermicelli and broth. Everything served will be graded 8.0/10 and above. Food high quality was superior. Service was great. We arrived early plus they held us entertained with ice cool beer and seafood crackers. Wait staff in fact contacted the boss/mind chef ahead early once we informed them inside our broken mandarin that people had to capture our transportation at 7pm. Boss arrived along with his spouse who promptly got our order plus they got right down to work. She suggested we try the crab in 2 different styles. I want to say that was among the best crab meals I've had in some time. The crabs were refreshing and the meats was succulent and prepared to perfection. Both interpretations still left the table nearly silent such as a tomb with just the noises of crab claws getting smashed and the noises of satisfaction were were unashamedly producing. 9.75/10 Pork trotter has been tender externally and crispy externally. Bathed in Thai design lovely sauce (mildly spicy) the interplay between your wildly various textures of the pork and the tangy sauce manufactured from a delightful mouth believe that was very satisfying. 8/10 Prawns inside "Kam Hiong" or even "Gan Xiang" inside Chinese Mandarin translates literally while "dry fragrant". This is a generally Malaysian design of seafood preparation. You could have squid, clams, prawns, crab and also lobster in "Kam Hiong". Must try to suggest you take action with prawns. Request the eating place to shell the prawns if you are not really used to fried entire prawns. 9/10 We missed our transportation but were able to catch another bus out of city. Great way to get rid of a quick visit to Muar.
