这家菜头粿据说已经有50多年的历史了。老板的菜头粿是白萝卜磨制而成，配上蒜头、菜圃、鸡蛋和鱼露大火热炒，虽然简单却是吃过一口便难以忘怀的好滋味！这里的菜头粿也分为黑和白，黑菜头粿便是加入了黑酱油，味道偏甜；白菜头粿则不加黑酱油，味道偏咸。不管是黑的还是白的，都散发着浓浓的香气，非常好吃！
