What a great hotel, we stayed here 3 nights 26th 27th & 28th December 2016, hotel good, ameneties good, pools for all of us and children good, kids club with crafts and films and games etc is good, area was good, employees were great, nothing as well muchtrouble, we had a concern with a meal which was rapidly rectified by the meals and beverage supervisor, (he was 2 times into his new post, but was fast to do something, satisfactorily) He will without doubt be poached by another hotel in a short time, what a fantastic man, a credit to the hotel. Thank you

Stayed here along with my two grandchildren on the way from Brunei in order to Singapore. Found the rooms lately renovated to an extremely high standard, the swimming pool area was well outfitted and entertained the youngsters for hours. Foods both poolside and in the eating place has been of a highstandard. An extremely nice hotel for an extremely reasonable price.

Attained Marriott Miri on 15 Nov 2017. Attemptedto settle deposit with charge card but was well informed by frontline counter that the cards was rejected when actually it was actually concerning the hotel's charge card machine issue. The receptionist was type good enough tolet us in without down payment payment. The area was average clean, however the fridge still has leftover food from previous customer (obviously it wasn't viewed by the cleaner). Questioned for additional blanket and was presented with in time, but questioned for additional towel, they in no way came. The area didn't have regular toiletries ready therefore i had to demand and waited to allow them to come. Requested in space dining also it was provided with out much trouble and the menu had been quite good. On 16 Nov evening, we discovered that the area was still average thoroughly clean. There have been still minor particles on to the floor, the ice box had not been viewed with leftover foods from previous consumer. The pool's water has been quite dirty too. Upon have a look at on 17 Nov, the frontline counter struggled when queried about GST ID. Finally I got the info and settled the transaction. Taxes invoice was handed if you ask me within an envelope without thanking me for my remain there. So clearly Marriott had not been prepared for my booking, and perhaps that day all personnel in Marriott were within bad mood. Personally i think quite frustrated making use of their recent efficiency and I possibly could see that they're already past their primary. Their customer support were had been like our prior year's stay and obtaining worse now. Maybe it's period for us to just forget about this "past prime" resort and begin trying new resorts like Pullman Miri and Jinhold Serviced Apartments.
