Breakfast spread is great - no result in to complain. Although I've read some testimonials that the F&B provider is slow and foods not replenish quickly - financial firms not the case within my visit. The support has improved greatly - since it wasthe weekend break and there is a queue at breakfast period but the F&B employees were quick to make sure everyone was proven to their table rapidly. we did not need to wait that miss an empty table. Foods is replenished extremely fast. The personnel cleared the tables really efficiently for another guest. All in significantly good service supplied by the F&B employees.

Food was good. However, not much selection of food provided. Providers was great, waiter and kitchen individuals were very helpful. Would really wish they could add more choices of meals.

Good pass on of food, stunning setup and for certain tasty food. The area was little crowded each morning hence had to hold back just a little for a seat. Therefore, suggest to go earlier for breakfast in order to avoid waiting.

Visited this outlet final weekend. Band of 6 purchased some food before the majority of the clients arrived. The pasta was included with no condiments therefore we requested for a few cheese and tobesco sauce. We'd to wait for nearly 20 minutes. In the meantime the pasta will be gettingdry and cool. Requested to 3 some other service staff no reaction or urgency shown. Lastly had to obtain up and stroll towards your kitchen to request what’s heading on with the condiment. Service employees said we don’t bring like condiments. Maybe there must have mentioned that prior to making the guest await 20 min. Simultaneously 4 other guest meals had not been served even after one hour. It may be either there exists a insufficient staff or they're not capable of efficient service. No program recuperation was done and personnel show feeling of remorse for delay. Wouldn't normally recommend this location ever.

Today the last sign in that is on Saturday. Unhappy with the early morning breakfast rule. 1 food per person just cannot have extra dinner that is only have 2 meal limited to heavy breakfast ;regional food & western food. In no way been encountered ths beforeat any 4-5 superstar hotel since i've traveling & stay static in so many4-5 hotel before.thus regrettfull. 1 even more is they requested for different down payment. 1st, they questioned my deco birthday celebration planner RM300+ Rm300 when sign in, total (Rm600), from then on the asked RM100 for next sign in which i experienced to cover. Then when i attained the lobby for sign in they inquired for Rm200+ for deposit. Therefore nonsense. Please condition the true deposit therefore i can get ready. When i known as before these were told no down payment will charged? 😏 Therefore meh.

Pines was always among our favourite hotel inside malacca. Nevertheless there is no even more buffet breakfast in the resort... They offer with preorder breakfast.. We also need to wait around quit sometime after end up being seated during breakfast. The only real good thing, forget about long queueto beseated. Room service(foods) only until 3 pm...

The area is spacious and the pool are big, not too crowded. Plenary of car parking space. Overall quite great. All personnel in lobby and Oat are usually friendly. The only disappointment may be the oat breakfast will not serve with buffet.
