I could not depart Melaka without using the cendol. This one had an excellent balance of coconut santan (milk) n gula melaka, so that it was refreshing to slurp up every last drop of the calorie-filled dessert. *gulp* I extravagant the melaka cendol to the Penangversion. That's simply me becos the standard of gula melaka here's better. Of cos I purchased the gula melaka chunks (non-factory reduce) cos I could think about having it with my nearby cuppa dark.... mm mmmm. ps: purchased the GM at the night time market.

Come across this little restaurant (just 6 tables) while strolling across the small street. Foods are very good and unique. Cost are not very costly. We liked our lunch there.

We arrived right before closing, I cannot remember enough time, food was alright but reheated and a little cold in spots. In case you are walking previous during the night, its just really worth calling in.

We stopped here for lunch time and had the yong tah fu with noodles and Hakka pork with radish, rice and egg. It had been really delicious. For dessert, I got a cendol that is a nearby delicacy of coconut milk shaved ice and rice flour noodlesflavoured with screwpine simply leaves. Affordability. This restaurant is a family company for four generations.
