We visited due to rave evaluations and the TA sticker the area earned. As Im from Subang, I needed to rate the area against Nirwana and Kanna, two of suggested banana leaf establishments in Subang. My verdict: those 2 fare much better. But if urin Melaka craving for banana leaf fare, without doubt that Selvam can be your location. They have a range of dishes and affordable. Their chai tea however is too richly brewed. Do require warm water if u choose milder version. Upside: polite waiters and cashier. Downside: parking is really a bane. There's one at Tabung Haji nearby pass the general public bank.

It serves the very best banana leaf dinner with free movement of rice & sauces, pappadomg & vegetables. You merely pay for the excess meat or beverages you ordered. The meals is merely delicious & yummy, whitened rice soft aswell. Price reasonable. Location is alwayspacked even though I had been there at 2:30pm. The staff are usually friendly excersice around to assist the free of charge flow food. Essential visit if you value banana leaf meal.

Food here's served on the banana leak on this individual desk. Dal, curry, raita offered from large pots after that rice piled on with sambhar. The only real place ive consumed lke this before has been India itself!. We furthermore had tandoori fish item and poultry paratha servedwith coconut and tomato chutneys. Delicious. And all significantly less than MR25!
