This is the first-time I am using the chicken rice ball. Thus, I'll not be making any comparison and can only give my estimation base on my sense of taste. The chicken and the sauce is acceptable. However, the rice lack flavour. Evenwith rolling the rice in the sauce, with hope of enjoying the rice better, it's still not around my expectation.
