Hokkien cooking food, unlike Cantonese, is really a small lighter in taste however the dishes are tasty.

Guy Yi will be on my set of "must visit" dining places when I'm in Malacca. Carmen will take great satisfaction andeffort in planning every signature dish which tastes incredibly delicious, which is coming from somebody who loves to make and enjoys good meals.
