A lovely eatery we discovered while searching for Chinese food for supper! While residing at Double Tree Hilton, we had been looking for a memorable location for the elderly parents to take pleasure from their dinner because the lunch and supper we'd at well-rated dining places didn'tquite meet our anticipations. He' Feng is situated on the 43rd floor of Hatten Location also to our delight it had been 1 ground below the favorite Skydeck. Once you enter the cafe, don't forget to move out with their spacious balcony gives you an outstanding view of the ocean. He' Feng acts dimsum because of their morning and brunch. Nevertheless, since we weren't into dimsum for supper, we had an excellent speak to their chef Ah Guy and supervisor, Lilian at about 6 pm. They developed a range of delicious meals that fulfilled our palate, especially our moms and dads by 7.30 pm. Amazing! There have been sea-bass making use of their signature sauce, beancurd with fried spinach topping in pumpkin sauce, lightly mix fried infant romaine, tender poultry in mint and ginger, mixed veggies with broccoli and wintertime melon soup with poultry cooked in youthful coconuts! Overall, the meals tasted as effective as it appeared. The soup, though would I believe taste far better if the chef experienced more time to get ready it. However with the small amount of time directed at prepare our supper, I must congratulate the creative and skilled chef. My children enjoyed our supper immensely that night. I'd highly recommend this eating place to those that enjoy Chinese foods in a pleasant ambience while holidaying in Malacca.
