The address given at foods advisor for WAZE directed us on a roundabout over the narrow streets so when we finally found the area, it had been closed. The neighbouring stores stated it wasn't that great anyway, but perhaps these were trying to gaming console us. Wewere informed, the majority of the popular stores were shut for lunch time and opens strictly for supper.

To begin with, the shop were only available in 1938! It is a very traditional restaurant, don't expect support like in cafes. There is a notice panel stated in the store they don't have a lot of staffs, please show patience with the services. We have there been for breakfast. Thereare few shops around Jonker Road that open up at 8am. Breakfast is merely traditional toast loaf of bread and egg. The espresso was good. I'd return back here again easily go to Melaka.

We went for later breakfast following the guideline map. We attempted teh tarik, toast with custard and gentle boiled eggs. This is a good spot to stop for an instant breakfast.

Located nearby jonker road. Second period here because of their kopi O and traditional bread. All is great. The restaurant remains 1940s vibes. Think it’s great

This open air shop, clearly around for generations, offers up a simple breakfast of Kaya toast and perfectly done soft boiled eggs, alongside Malay tea or coffee, typically for under 6000 ringgit per person. (I must admit some dilemma on pricinghaving been billed different rates for exactly the same food on two appointments, although one group of toast were smaller.) Amazingly I had among my best coffees right here.... much better than some hipster cafes! I particularly came for the home Kaya but the pass on on the toast has been so slim on the toast it had been difficult to even flavor. That which was discernible was great. While I wouldn’t need a heavy slather, the toast could definitely use a tad even more of the spread in order that it could be tasted. Overall, enjoyable, genuine, quick and tasty.

A great place to choose excellent kaya toast, soft-boiled eggs and espresso. If the noodle store is open, that's well worth trying as well.

The roti bakar was amazing! But since we attained the restaurant quite past due (10.30ish), there’s just meehoon soup and roti bakar (with eggs). Much better go there early!
