I have a look at this Long Feng Chinese Eating place in Ramada Resort, Melaka before I visited Melaka because We was having high expectations of an excellent Chinese restaurant that acts a dim sum buffet. Needing to reach the restaurant, it had been actually emptyand I had been a little stunned. The waiter found clarify their weekday dim sum buffet acquired an assortment - the cheaper edition and the more costly version. He explained that your kitchen would serve based on the cost chosen and wouldn't normally be putting the dim sum outside such as a self assistance buffet style. My evaluation on this: 1. Place - located inside Ramada resort, it is indeed easy for the hotel visitors but Ramada resort is located definately not Hatten resort and you have to get a cab to move there so it's not that great. 2. Assistance - the waiter and waitress had been searching in a daze. I'd say that they last food but the meals gets repeated plus they did not actually know very well what they were carrying out. You have to inform them that the things get repeated and they'll go on it back (in any case, the repeated ones aren't the types you want to have it again) 3. Food - I believe the dim sum offered was in fact frozen dim sum, not really some handmade dim sum. I discover the dim sum not really new or succulent. It had been definitely not around specifications for a dim sum location. Overall comment is always to give it a miss, you'll find nothing fantastic concerning the venue or the meals that could make me even desire to recommend it.

1st night we stayed at the Ramada we made a decision to dine as of this restaurant. The meals was good, they will have an unusual menus that lists each dish as Little, Medium and Big. We assumed that little will be entree size therefore ordered medium meals. Fortunatelyour waitress described that small dishes will be more than sufficient for us, it was. The only real off putting section of our eating experience was that people were the only real customers! We have there been from 7pm onwards no other customers appeared.

The worst dim sum buffet we've ever eaten. The Cantonese dim sum doesn't flavor like one, it isn't Authentic. We have consumed dim sum in China : canton, Guang Zhou and Hong Kong and the eating place standard is not any where close to the authenticCantonese dim sum cooking food. It isn't recommended. It's the first-time I tasted weird mixture of dim sum covered in seaweed at Long Feng Cantonese cafe in malacca. The cheft must do study of genuine Cantonese dim sum tasting before he add spice to this cuisine. Additionally it is bizarre for the longer Feng restaurant to function all of the dim sum meals up for grabs without giving their clients a selection to choose what they would like to purchase from the menu.
