The fried whole thigh is fresh out from the wok. Crispy outside and steaming easy tender juicy inside! The tempe is usually freshly fried as well! Delish. Right now... to the superstar of the dish the sambal cili. That is a classic labour of like towards cooking. Shouldtake a while to get ready, cili is properly cooked without the bitterness if u hurry the process it'll hangus. This reminds me of the chinese design dried sambal udang paste. It is spicy however, not super spicy, keep carefully the sambal privately will let u handle heat level but we end up clearing up my sambal... licin! I'm counting the times for my next click here. I used to move there bcoz their chili gemoq meals that is the sambal are their signature sambal..i have already been told.that the sambal recipe.participate in.the grandmother owner...my favourite is cili gemoq poultry..the only real negative side is their food not really consisten..sometime the sambal flavor bitter andnot cook very long plenty of..overall a.must try sambal gemok set .
