We walked about datai bay from our very own resort (the Andamann) who has historically loved a reciprocal set up with the Datai recently reopened from refurbishment. We sat at the seaside swimming pool bar for a lighting lunch. Whenever we were seated we were asked for ourroom amount and said we we were residing at the Andaman. The young waiter visited a far more senior colleague who in your sight line rolled his eyes... After being taken up to the medial side by his even more senior colleague the son returned to us to ask how were we paying!!! By money? At this stage having one imagines provided a satisfactory reaction we had been permitted to order. Our glass of wines each arrived just great, water we'd to request no less than 3 times. Our food arrived following a short delay ( no issue to us) We took a bite of my poultry Satay and was perplexed by the consistency that was slimy. I lower into the next item to see completely natural chicken. The impact was that it was not cooked at all of the external flesh jcured by the marinade. My foods was returned having been inspected by way of a (different) senior employee . Our young waiter came back to ask easily would like to own it cooked more? Sadly by that time the answer was to state not at all also to go. The senior employee kindly waived the bill ( not necessarily the idea) and asked we'd consider to return? The answer? Not pretty quickly to... Having experienced badly from the food poisoning problem before I'm reluctant to dine where in fact the kitchen has no program to cook the standard of dishes safely. Ready to launch? Just with a health care provider in the house...
