I will not normally rate junk food chains for their foods (generally same) but employees and cleanliness can make the difference. This specific pizza hut personnel is bad; they don't know how to consult with clients and accommodate them within their cafe. The servers acquired nocourtesy at all. These were quite rude around and also with additional patrons of the eating place eating in those days. I won't get back to this nasty place....

We went yesterday past due, after my change to Pizza Hut to possess dinner. We entered the store and waited before supervisor adviced her personnel that they have a fresh table (the eating place was almost empty). Lastly one girl came, with out a smile and withoutany greetings she actually simply smashed the menu up for grabs. ( She actually is just btw exactly the same woman from the cashier ultimately of the story).. We ordered a collection for just two 2 with 1 pizza, soup, 1 side, beverages and ice cream. The side came extremely fast..but we'd no cuttleries, no cells and not a good clean desk..after asking the employees gave us a few cuttleries however the food had been almost frosty..we got the soups and the pizza, but we didnt get our beverages yet..after asking once again they talked about first, because they weren't certain if we received currently our drinks, but lastly we got..the restaurant was nevertheless empty but after us another couple arrived plus they had unfortunately exactly the same issue..reality is they had a lot more than 5 personnel working at the moment and playing phone had been obviously a lot more interesting for them than doing their work..our ice lotion never came, we'd to ask again, but waited quarter-hour..so we visited the cashier, wished to spend bill and cancelled the ice cream..the result of the rude cashier (girl, working evening late shift 10.10.)was that we shall not receive our cash back..it was alright for all of us, we just told them that they need to work a little more motivated and that people were very upset with the provider..her reaction: you're among the last tables, simply accept in an exceedingly rude tone and she couldnt saw inside our faces..I in no way saw something similar to this..people like this cannot work in customer support..I'm from Germany and my boyfriend is really a local..actually him was spechless after her response.. The food is good and we want to head to pizza hut, that is why we have been so disapointed and perhaps it really is sad for Pizza Hut LGK Cenang because we have been quite reliable customer..or we were!

went maybe once or twice to the pizza hut, really loved the pizza and pasta there, no problems. waiting period for the food could be a bit lengthy, otherwise an excellent place to eat
