Employ staff that find out about customer service. It had been hot and a lady employee was only worried about eating her lunch time and telling us these were closed at 4:30 pm and would open at 5:30. I requested for an ashtray because I noticed one used on the desk however the waitress insisted these were shut. When I persisted I has been told okay and called unusual by the employee
