We had an excellent period at Horizon. There is nothing better than seated by the swimming pool in beautiful sunshine throughout the day, sipping the most tasty strawberry daiquiris and viewing dolphins and otters frolicking in the sea. The staff were completely fantastic and do everythingpossible to make sure our comfort. A particular shout out to employee Grey, who made times by the pool really memorable indeed.

That is our second amount of time in the Ritz Carlton and again we loved every second of it. The environment are usually breathtaking and the personnel is sooooo pleasant and accommodating. The meals and cocktails are amazing. Do attempt the hornbill their signature cocktail and the horizonburger with the Spicy mango chutney would be to die for. We have been definitely returning an d we need to travel 22 hrs to obtain here from NL ❤️

Couldn’t think of just how many occasions already I’ve arrived at Horizon however the staffs always provide exceptional service each and every time I’m there. From building reservations to arrival at the primary gate, to seating at the bar it’s offers been smooth. Thanks to Amar that havebeen very attentive since my arrival that directed us all to my seating, and in addition Julie who took treatment folks from refilling the drinking water to answering any queries that I've. The food that's being created by Chef Zikri are usually delicious and he spending some time explaining the components used in the meals that I’ve been offered. Ritz Carlton Langkawi is the best hotel less than Marriot and I’ll continually be excited going there again.

We visited for lunch time and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere, service and the meals is amazing. Staff have already been incredibly friendly and type. Specifically, Jennie has been therefore kind. We would highly recommend to go to!

We don't normally carry out reviews but that is an exception as the Horizon obviously deserves it. From when we arrived we felt welcomed and in the home. You must visit the Horizon. It's impeccable sights and the sunsets 🌅 are usually literally among ifnot the very best sunsets we've ever witnessed. Infinity swimming pool with an array of top quality food and drinks helps it be the perfect spot to relax and get your mind off. Finally, and the main and memorable section of the trip has been meeting Ling Lee and Jenie that are area of the team at The Horizon. Undoubtedly THE VERY BEST service I've ever experienced. The eye to fine detail and kindness they provide is spectacular which is why is a restaurant a 5 star! Terms cannot describe how essential both of these are to the business. People will notice both of these as it's obvious to see. They need to become rewarded as Ling and Jenie have become rare and difficult to find and maintain. If you ever visit the Horizon I recommend to see both of these, they are just wonderful and make one feel very welcomed!
