Good food!! The personnel was superb friendly specifically Qayyum and Paula. They shipped all of every details inside our foods, from amouse bouche till our dessert to us. They offered us their signature beverages when we viewed the sunset so when we getting our supper.Its quite delicious. The supervisor Mr Jerry furthermore came and inquired the feed back again from us how may be the food and so forth, also remember the chef in control, chef Jay.. general from we went in to the eating place tilll we come out from the cafe everything was superb!!

Had a perfect Dim Sum lunch time at the stunning Hai Yan restaurant inside Ritz Carlton Langkawi. All the dim sum products were special - a feast for the eye & the tastebuds.

We had this type of miraculous dinner on Haiyan yesterday evening. Qayyum provided us to view the sunset at the deck region before we begin our dinner.. he’s this type of pleasant guy and help us to get our photo while you're watching the sunset.. discussing food,it had been super delicious.. most of us really like the roasted duck! All meals suggested by Qayyum fit to our flavor.. Chef Jay, Chef Leong and Chef Din ready us a particular deep fried seafood accompanied with a tasty sauce and they arrived and explained concerning the ingredient because of this fish dish.. never to forget, a shock birthday cake presented by the end of my supper which organized by Chef Nashuoha (Shawn)! General, we are completely savor the dining encounter as of this beautiful Haiyan! Good work to everyone of you!

Proceeded to go here for lunch time whilst residing at the Ritz. We’ve eaten a lot of dim sum through the years and the collective variety within the degustation is just about the best we’ve ever endured. Creative to look at, with slim skins and really delicious fillings. Ourfavourites had been the mushroom bao, carrot designed poultry, veggie dumping and egg tart to complete. They also dealt with us to a particular mooncake that was delicious. Hugely recommend a trip here even though you’re not residing at the hotel. Sights are direct out to ocean and there’s a buggy support to consider you down there thru the rainfall forest. Special because of JJ and Thong who served all of us and also the remaining super warm and pleasant staff

Overall all was incredible except Hai Yan Cafe turn off the electricity and inform us there exists a power turn off that what the employees informed us. When 14 folks walk out and wait around buggy. 5min later on I walked in I noticed light ison and client is inside, I questioned the reception, she just informed that 2.30pm is last contact. I was billed by the complimentary toiletries on Seaside Villa. There is absolutely no note because of this. The buggy waiting around is so slow aswell compare to other holiday resort. Their resort will be filled with customer as well.

It wasn’t our first plan, but the personnel at Hai Yan stepped around make our anniversary supper the best they might. We got quarantined before our reservation. Bummer town! The restaurant delivered an excellent dinner to your room and then returned witha surprise dessert tray. Their kindness and provider delivered tears to my eye.

Nice food, good program and beautiful ambience. Actually appreciated the Peking duck and the dessert known as Malay Kueh. Our waiter Qayyum has been excellent.
