very disappointed... each and every time arrived here... specifically for dine... the menus always finish... appears they didnt servs all menus in menu guide...the tomyam... flavor no good... zero spark to my tongue... taste not exact same cimpare to other key outlet...

Most of the menus weren't available within my last visit. It had been in the center of the day time, Sunday. Actually, only two menus remaining, itu pun tidak lengkap, no sides, etc. Very dissatisfied. I thought SR ought to be a premium place.

Currently visit 4 times and also have problem with cooking time. Always take one hour to perform the meal. It waste materials my time.

The staff still left the customer unattended long time. Very bad customer support, call the waiter often however they just nod and do not bother to get the purchase. Food come, however the poultry is burned. Sad.

Nice & cosy spot to chill out. Close up prematurily . at 9pm. Wish they are able to operate till 10pm at the very least. Worth visiting.
