Not reading through the notes that i wrote, for instance when i purchase nasi goreng kampung i put note "minta kua sup, limau dan lada. Once the rider arrive and i require the kua sup. They stated not in the purchase and rider said we forgot to place note for additional demand. Not once but two times. Tq. Hope this can improve l.. Luv meals panda always with time..
