We was impressed how quick they served beverages and food, even though restaurant was complete a sunday evening. Meals were excellent ! The only real negative point will be the 13 service staff, a lot of them are standing around. However, I'll come again.

I believe UFB Balcony has a number of personalities, which it probably will well. It comes with an inexpensive bar (dinks) menus, so that it will be a great spot to hang with close friends for a cool beer at night, and it provides a variety of coffees andblended beverages and a screen of great looking cakes, so that it will be a good selection of cafe throughout the day. I was there at night for supper, so I’ll evaluation it as a cafe. It certainly didn't disappoint. There’s a reasonably large menu which addresses an array of Western (and smaller sized selection of Asian) dishes, having an focus on Italian pastas and pizzas. Which can be a little hit-and-miss in Malaysia, therefore it’s always smart to keep expectations reduced, but UFB shipped a spicy tomato-cream salmon penne and a peppery duck confit spaghetti which were spot-on and delicious. Service is quick and friendly, the environment is clear and relaxing. A fantastic choice for meals in central Kulai.

I JUST discovered this eating place and the meals was so exceptional. Theyhave a large banner beyond your cafe stated greatest pork chop around and I opt to test it out for. The pork chop includes a huge part connected with bone at the very least above 400grams and is 1/3 of Singapore price. Other meals I ordered has been the home salad , nacho chips and desserts. It’s speechless. Soooooo goooood!
