I'm requesting milk tea with Nata de Coco (small).. employees mentioned no more, i quickly said ok.. after that milk tea with pearl. Find yourself she give me simply milk tea (BIG lagi) then just she mentioned ohh.. forget about pearl ‍♀️.. she mentioned she explained.. u explained that u don't possess Nata de Coco after that she asked easily want to include the jelly.. as didn't mentioned need to top upward another RM1.80 ‍♀️ could it be so challenging to say this? And i inquired for (SMALL) cup not really the (BIG) cup ‍♀️ in order to earn fast money furthermore not this kinda method.. not that i cannot afford.. you do not know client requested for (BIG) nor (SMALL) cup ?? This is my 1st and last action into your store please bare at heart what customer demand from you!!! You are a frontline u have to know your consumer needs, not only charged them (BIG) glass and tell them they have to pay or whatever...
