manager rude. rude at customers, rude at her very own staff. staff baru memangla devote some time nak belajar. pastu takde angin takde ribut, tiba tiba triggered dengan customer. no-one blamed her for just about any mistakes. thought i was the only person, turns out a great deal of other folks experience her rudeness. she makes people feel stupid for asking questions too. so passive agressive. patutlah insufficient workers here, most probs due to her. to the brand new staff, quit now.
