The Kuching branch in Jalan Music is horrible. Our purchase didn't arrive after half an hour so when we started inquiring they said "soon..shortly..another five minutes". After another a quarter-hour we were informed "oven spoilt". And most the employees can't even know Malay or English whenever we asked they simply said "tak tahu.." Most severe SERVICE EVER!
