Big and upscalish vegetarian eating place, a brief walk from city center. Menu had many fascinating items. Portions could be ordered in little, medium or large dimensions. We ordered 3 little meals and 2 rice for just two 2 pax also it was perfect quantity. We tasted mirinferns, borneo mock poultry and thai mushrooms. Preferences were strong and great. Spicy and egg that contains items are obviously marked in the menus. Friendly service.

It is a quiet, relaxed, neighborhood restaurant in a non-touristy area close to the the waterfront. It is a table fabric and strong air conditioning equipment restaurant and a bit more expensive than various other places. The meals was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the Chef's Homemade TofuSpecial. The employees is helpful and there's free car parking in front.

Chinese restaurant serving just vegetarian food. Among several full-fledged vegetarian restaurant around. They offer a multitude of dishes. It is possible to choose "pork", "duck", "seafood", "prawn"...all of them are made from tofu but you'll be amazed how near to the real stuffthey look. Taste is quite bland - tofu is tofu ultimately, I guess. Should you have vegan friends over for your meal, this place is really a safe bet.

This place is really a tiny walk from town also it was tricky enough in your day. Wouldn't fancy strolling it during the night, with it getting possibly quite unlit, uneven surface to stroll and a reasonably run down area. That said,for lunch time it wasnot poor. I had a couple of things. the Particular bean curd, that i was hoping will be the crispy bean curd kind. Sadly it was gentle tofu/bean curd and arrived luke comfy and in a not so appetizing dark sauce. I was disappointed, but i furthermore purchased the veg curry, which finished up developing nice and hot. Had been tasty and an excellent spice to it. I would suggest that. Overall, it had been fairly good, but undoubtedly anything excellent. If vegan, ensure that you require no egg.

It's not no problem finding real vegetarian dining places in Kuching. The majority are generally veg or vegan "pleasant." Thank Food is really a welcome exception. Although it is really a bit on the advantage of town" it's certainly worth the $2 Get Car ride! The majority of the "meats"are usually gluten-based-and very convincing. "Exclusive sauce fried prawns" flavor like the real factor as does anything poultry. Just the "crispy duck" will be unconvincing, but we've found this to end up being true of the dish in the very best areas in NYC and somewhere else. At the very least at Thank Foods it was considerably much better than average. If you value mushrooms, there are several options. Six folks polished off an purchase of dark pepper oyster mushrooms...and ordered another that went fast! Certainly try the homemade special bean curd and seasonal vegetables within oyster sauce.
