My suggestions, use paper + pencil and have a notice when people orders which means you are not often forget. This is actually the second period they generally forgot what I'm ordering. Need more teaching for the staff.

Friendly staff. Good selection of food especially wide selection of cakes. Unfortunately by enough time of my appointments, normal water supply was an issue so we've given 2 options: ice lemon tea or canned beverages.
