Ordered takeaway. Pho had not been excellent. No herb fragrances from the soup. Sauce mixture for vietnamese springtime roll isn't good either. Roasted meats so stiff and flavor abit like steel, it's challenging to bite and swallow.Overall, not authentic, not really pleasant. Meals I've tried, all insufficient herbs.A lot of unnecessary plastic use which can be cut down.
