That is an Indian Muslim (Halal) restaurant located at Taman Satria Jaya or BDC suburb in Kuching. *Near 4 point hotel rather than definately not airport if driving. Extremely popular with the locals and filled up with customers during the day. Place is definitely cleanfrom my visits during the last few years. I love the roti canai either 'kosong' (simple without anything) or even 'telur' (with egg) with a glass of 'teh tarik'. Cost are reasonable too! Surprised that it is not reviewed very much in website yet.

Maju Jaya is among the Indian fast food areas we frequent. Their meals is best each day & lunch, if they are freshly prepared. They regularly serve good fish, generally fresh which can inform from the flavor & firmness of the meats.I just hope they don't really make a few of their curry dishes lovely though.

This place was previously my favourite place for roti canai and teh tarik. Sadly for the recent go to (June 2019), the cashier provides overcharge me for the meals ordered. All costs mentioned are shown on the plank. My group purchased four roti kosong (ordinary- RM1.20 each x 3 = RM3.60) and something roti telur (with egg - RM2.20 x 1 = RM2.20) and three teh tarik (RM1.80 each x 3 = RM5.40). Total RM12.40. However, the cashier at first mentioned RM13.40 for the full total when I asked for transaction. After that upon questioning why the purchase price is incorrect compare to the table, he mentioned that the teh tarik is currently RM2.00 each instead. Therefore he then himself revised the full total to RM13.00 (still 60 cents above actual cost listed). I did so not argue more as it isn't worth my period for the 60 cents distinction. My thought is in the event that you dare to overcharge items or make up statistics as you go review to the purchase price listed up to speed, you're lying and unethical in your organization conduct. As a result, this incident still left a 'bad taste' and I'm not likely to visit this location anymore later on. I'm writing this evaluation as a caution to others in order to avoid this location unless you're prepared to be perhaps end up being cheated and lied to about how exactly the food is billed without referencing to the outlined price anymore. I possibly could record this incident to the appropriate Malaysian federal government authority and also questioned for a receipt for evidence but I don't believe it's value 60 cents. I believe my 60 cents well worth of review here can do the speaking in this case.
