Initially, I thought we were shed. I found out about these legendary burgers which some French burger fanatics apparently biked everywhere to find. I'm no burger connoisseur but I really like my food therefore i was very keen to sink myteeth into these legendary burgers. However, I probably finished up as lost because the Frenchmen. NOT because I has been bad with directions, many thanks quite definitely. BUT because this burger had been nestled deep inside a residential area which includes 'romantic' lighting (go through: no lighting) during the night. We finally found the burger joint, that is essentially a home-based sit back eatery. We had currently had our dinner therefore we just purchased the beef burger merely to attempt. The burger took a while to make however when it arrived, we were impressed! The owner, Calvin, will not drown his burger with those sauces or condiments but instead, allow the organic flavour of the components to talk for themselves. Apparently he utilizes 100% imported beef and he will not maintain them around for very long so as to keep up with the freshness. We had been quite impressed and finished up purchasing the pork burger aswell. It had been also quite great but we favored the beef burger. A significant good place and certainly worth the amount of money. We joked with Calvin and informed him that at RM7 per burger, he was completely underpricing his products and we'd have been pleased to pay RM10! We designed it though, because for comparable high quality burgers in Singapore or KL, we'd have had to cover at the very least SGD12 /RM15 and above. Certainly worth the crazy ride! As local as possible enter terms of environment, heh. Tips - I'd go by the cab rather than bicycle, seriously. It isn't that near to the city center and you also could go mad looking for the address on your own. VERY IMPORTANT: Stay away from the Labrador situated behind the shop - it isn't friendly. IT GENERALLY DOES NOT like your friendly fingers and pats. If, nevertheless, you'd like to become bitten, go on and pat it. You'd not really be disappointed.

I actually tried the beef but probably must have tried the pork, the burger was ok in case a bit small, i would recommend obtaining a second patty to create it well worth while. The burgers are usually homemade and much better than most in kuching.

Project Burger doesnt appear to be a restaurant in all as the visitors are usually seated inside the carport of a residence. But that is clearly a section of the homely feeling that fills the desk area alongside the odor of grilled burgers and fries. The tasteof the burger is actually worth everything since it is no question among the best burgers with homemade bun and fries, imported meats and bacon. If you know where to find it, it really is worth a trip and a revisit.
