Emerged here for afternoon snack and tried the Nacho Cheese Yangnyeom Poultry. Includes 3 drumette and 3 wingnette. The chicken really crunch and the Nacho is quite tasty.

We continued a weekday lunchtime and all downstairs tables were complete. These were kind enough to open up the upstairs seating to us. One server brought all of us 2 sets of menus and told all of us to purchase downstairs. How ridiculous! I actually verify with herif somebody can take our purchase or they anticipate us to stroll down stair to put order and walk back again around wait for the meals? She simply said "yes". This is among the worst service we've encountered in kuching. This is one way they deal with their paying consumer. We left the area and didn't also try their food.

Overall poor service provided. Also tho All orders are usually booked & informed (alongside time of arrival) 1 day earlier, no correct preparation was done. Arrived in several 28 people split to 3 tables: 1. We possess no problem setting our very own tablebut minimal the administration could do would be to make sure sufficient plates & cutlery are given before customers arrive. 2. 4 whole poultry are served in mere 2 woodboard . Raised the issue to employees & was inform that people need to pass round the wood board. That is no useful considering you can find 28 individuals and the woodboard reaches least 2kg. 3. Purchased 10 portions of seaweed salad & was offered with only 2 bowls. Whenever we inquire the personnel, we were told they combined the 10 small portions to 2 big portions if not they would not need enough plates for some other clients (are we not really your customer as well?). The employees told us that people are suppose to move the food around. 4. The same would go to other meals like fries & radish. All small portions are increasingly being combined to 1 big bowl. 5. The issue with combining: - hard for the clients to pass round the food - customer can never inform whether they are increasingly being served with the proper amount 6. We wished to add purchase but didn't considering the bad program & plating where we have to pass round the heavy woodboard. 7. Throughout the procedure, no apology was provided. Just impractical recommendations were provided. 8. Asked for comments from customers form but rather got a aspect stare from the personnel at the counter. Although he has been kind enough to supply pen & small blank document, he could be not the least fascination with asking whether we have been having any issue with this dining experience. Hope the management group will look in to the matter & enhance the service.
