Food had not been packaged properly, the fried rice has been scattered inside plastic handbag. Soup was positioned inside plastic bag aswell, also it was tied correctly but the whole product packaging was extremely messy and rider himself had been impatient leading to me to burn off my hands holding a sizzling soup in a plastic material bag. Please bundle your food properly particularly if it’s hot foods. And for hygiene reasons. Seal your rice product packaging Properly! Especially during periods like these!
