This is a vintage times favorite which has its begin from a cart before Lau Ya Keng at night. It's Cantonese porridge, however, not as gooey. Aspect order of steamed poultry is good, and so are the chicken claws.

Its a vintage traditional Kuching Poultry porridge that i was raised on. Their porridge is really a nice balance of consistency and and smoothness. Poultry is on point.What to take note:Be ready to are available early and wait around. I had to hold back one hour for the porridge to reach.Chicken is 4 servings max per party. (Shown below)
