Low quality service. The waitress didn't process our purchase first. Need to repeat our purchase 3 times prior to the waitress actually know very well what we needed. Waited for nearly an hour although we've made a straightforward order. They're not well-ready for peak time.

First and last period stop by at this Kenny Rogers branch. Went there and has been ready to order but had been told that there is no fried stuff any more so our only choices is grilled chicken. Poultry is ok....nonetheless it doesn't taste that fresh since it wasn't tender and juicy. Some aspect dish was ok.... although some were horrible. The coleslaw, corn, veggie salad and grilled potato had been ok as the mash potato has been tasteless until we dunno what exactly are we eating, most severe had been the cheesy macaroni.....we have been uncertain why the consistency was chewy and sticky, we suspect it had been over night macaroni being serverd to us. The muffins has been the thing thats good for me. Kenny Rogers will need quality control of these food. A really disappointment.

KRR Vivacity megamall. Staf not really alert dengan menus yang diorder. Keep looking forward to a lot more than 20 mins for my 2nd menu. I dont understand di mana error nya becoz yang ambil my purchase ialah staf lain yang forgot to enter my 2nd meal. After that yang i tanya staf lain, concerning i punya purchase. Baru recognize Staf yang awal tadi forgot to get into my order. Easily keep waiting & waiting around, memang tak makan lah tunggu 2nd dinner tu.Aromatic rice is quite bad. Way too many onion.

It needs forever to obtain my food there. That is my first period trying the foods at Kenny Rogers roaster. I’ve purchase the roasted poultry and macaroni and cheese. Service (6/10) Employees (8/10)‍Waiting period less than one hour. Macaroni and cheese (9/10)Roasted chicken (9/10)Place (2/10)Better use food shipping than remove or dine in. In the event that you wanna wait even more longer, this is actually the place. Krr, somebody should sue you for that due to the waiting hr. ️‍️The food is even more recommended. Think of the client not the madness.

This is second time we didn't have the ability to have meals here because their chicken isn't ready. Staff said have to wait 45mins. Exactly the same excuse from the employees. How can you open a chicken cafe without preparing the poultry??? Please just close straight down!

Food is good, assistance is quite poor, staff appearance very tired, they did try out their best however the issue is they don't have sufficient employees.... I went right now there at Saturday supper.
