The coffee here's "so so", but I love the Hong Kong dish "Che Cheong Fun". Recommended

We would like to examine the Dim Sum and the Stir fry stall separately.For the dim sum stall, I believe the cheong fan is in fact quite nicely made, your skin is silky and thin, and the jus is flavorful however, not too salty, but I believe the biggest drawback may be the car Siew inside is super hard, perhaps it's been frozen and reheated for a couple round, if not, this could be easily among the excellent cheong fan around, perhaps I'm just unlucky this time around. The 灌汤包 is fairly disappointing, needless to say, as very first thing it found my mind may be the 南翔小笼灌汤包 in Shanghai, maybe I have too much anticipations from his it title it's 小笼包。Sticky rice poultry is merely so so, oblverall is only going to give 3 stars because of this dim sum stall.For the mix fry stall 鸿师傅I think is quite nice, would give 4 superstars to the stall. Wok hei will be obvious as you can plainly see the the way the chef prepare the dish. Too poor the pork leg comes out today, should come back again and try the next time.
