We ate the char siu and siu yook at Ember’s sister stall in Siniawan Night Marketplace. Possibly the greatest roasted meats we've eaten. It had been so excellent, we ordered another part of each right away. The siu yook has been wonderfully crisp and the char siu wonderful and nice, both infused with the beautiful aroma of charcoal food preparation. We would get back to Kuching simply for their pork. The dog owner was very pleasant and welcoming as well. It had been all we appreciate about street meals - cooked lovingly and apparently simple, although they will have worked hard to obtain it perfectly. The chilli sauce had been excellent too.
