we ordered beef bibimbap through get meals apps n i acquired poultry sondobu jigae instead??..the not the very first time they obtain an purchase wrong but i covered bibimbap duhhh..if it out of business can’t they call instead requesting replacement??

Bad customer service. Whenever we arrived there, we waited for approximately 10 minutes nobody required our orders. If you find only 2 desk occupied in those days (including us). I must visit the front & contact them to get our orders. N i quickly purchased honey beef bulgogi a la carte but i dont understand it doesn't include rice so later wished to change to create they stated it cant be achieved bcoz it's currently keyed in. Therefore ridiculous. & after that we purchased an aloe vera punch but later on said it's no more in share & we asked to improve to roasted barley wic various in price, they simply insist us to consider citron tea (bcoz its exactly the same cost as aloe). I believe the staffs are simply lazy to accomplish their job & wanted a good way, & just dont treatment what clients wanted. It was previously good before but final 2 times i proceeded to go there the support doesnt create me wanna dine there any longer. The experience is indeed various in dubuyo KL nu sentral/mid valley. Make sure you improve dubuyo kch.

My 1st impression of the store was so-so. Initially, I was looking to have an excellent meal here. WHEN I entered the premise, we visited a chair in the part, and examined that the seat was slightly wet. Therefore we asked the personnel to completely clean the chair/dried out the drinking water on the seat. The staff reply "Is it possible to find other seat? I'm busy". To begin with, the premise just have one desk to attend, who arrived before us. We have been the socond customer. Uncertain if they experienced more folks came before us, therefore the busy-ness. We furthermore don't mind if they're busy to clean the wet seat. But please talk professionally/nicely, once we ha electronic spoke. Nicely too. Wish it is possible to train your employees for customer support communication.The food had not been around my expectations, that they had dropped in quality in comparison to my final visit. A nice spot to hangout and consume. They simply need some enhancement on customer service.
