I actually asked for less ice that's 50% less. Yet somehow still give me a lot..I mean plenty of ice. The glass is filled with ice!!!. Prefer Ding Tea The Spring and Town One. They listens. However the drinks still great though.

They allow u to find the no ice choice on the menu however when u have the order they just fill half the cup with ice and tell u “cant no ice”
