The seafoods are fabulous especially chilly crabs and tiger prawns, comparatively much better than Singapore’s chilly crab. Impeccable services in conjunction with the great wines selection. Reasonably prices for an excellent dining restaurant with outstanding ambience.

Chinese seafood, so uncertain why the French title. Very costly by Kuching criteria. After waiting 45 mins for our dinner, a waiter suggested us the meals we wanted had 'operate out'. We'd only seen drinks appearing out of your kitchen whilst we werethere. Several tables looking forward to food; we spoke for some at another desk that were waiting even much longer and simply got some foods - we questioned how it had been - the reaction, a shrug and OK-la. At the moment we were consistently getting hungry and made a decision to leave instead of wait any more. Oh, and they'll put just a little dish of pickled veggies on your desk without inquiring - its not really service - you will be charged you 7RM

We waited for 1.5 hrs for supper to be served! Without doubt the product quality and freshness of seafood had been good but unfortunately mainly cooked in large starchy salty sauce which overwhelmed the seafood. The beef reduce was chewy. Food preparation lacked finesse and has been very onedimensional. The only person good dish had been the steam fish.
